Creative Journaling | Iceland 2016

Hello everyone,

I'm back today with another project share, using the beautiful Woodland kit. Today I thought I'd create something a little bit different (for me anyway!) and put together a creative journaling spread in my traveller's notebook.

Firstly I layered up some washi tapes from my stash on the left hand page, and trimmed a piece of the Hazelwood Roses paper for the right hand page. I wanted to create a column on the right hand page using photos and embellishments, so I arranged the photos vertically and filled in the gaps with some of the puffy stickers and ephemera from the kit, as well as some enamel dots and letter stickers from my stash. I used these same letter stickers on the left hand page to create a title, also.

The left hand page is very simple: I loved the globe from the ephemera pack, so I decided to make that the focal point of the page, combined with a photo of the plane's wing (of course!) Again I layered some washi and puffy stickers, stamped the date and it was complete! I went back and wrote about our trip to Iceland, but I decided to photograph the project beforehand.

I absolutely love this spread; I'm wondering if Creative Journaling prcoess videos might go down well on my channel?
